Patch 2.3.0
- Buff: removed the while standing still condition from Tiers I & II.
- Nerf: lowered the sound reduction percentage to 75 % on Tier II.
Breathing Volumes
- The best way to understand how 鋼鐵意志 works is by imagining a volume slider that ranges from 0 to 100, but like some programs can also go beyond 100.
- Positive values move the volume slider to the right, increasing the volume.
- Negative values move the volume slider to the left, decreasing the volume.

細節
- 鋼鐵意志 only affects Grunts of Pain. It does not decrease the sound of the regular breathing all Survivors make across all Health States.
- 鋼鐵意志 does not work while in the Dying State
. - 鋼鐵意志 is countered by Stridor .
- In the old Game Manual 鋼鐵意志 features a different flavour text: "This is nothing!"
